• Take your Graviola tablets, Energy Feelings<\/strong> with 200 ml of water or herbal infusion not warmer than 40\u00b0C<\/strong> in order to keep the full benefit of various\u00a0annona acetogenins, <\/em>graviola’s bioactive ingredients;<\/li>\n
• Take your Graviola tablets 15 – 30 min before meal;<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Start with small doses and gradually increase the daily intake<\/strong> starting from 1 tablet before meal, to the desired daily dose of 2 tablets\u00a0before meal, once to three times a day.<\/li>\n
• Drinking plenty of water<\/strong> (about 1,5 – 2 l a day) is useful for flushing out the toxins from the body and reducing detoxification reaction;<\/li>\n
