BUYING CONDITIONS
1. Validity
The parties, within the framework of the following General Contract Conditions, are: Rani Yoga OÜ with address at Koidu 84-1 – 10139 -Tallinn (Estonia), registration number: 16081978 and the Client. For the commercial relationship between Rani Yoga OÜ and the Client exclusively govern the following General Contract Conditions in their current wording at the time of placing the order. Rani Yoga OÜ does not recognise different conditions requested by the Client, except that Rani Yoga OÜ has expressly left a written record of its validity. The General Contracting Conditions in their current wording at the time of each order will also govern future orders, even when they have not been expressly agreed again.
2. Prices
In the prices of all our products and services it is understood that the corresponding VAT (Value Added Tax) is not applied at the time of purchase since Rani Yoga OÜ is not a VAT registered company.
3. Buying
In the course of the purchase process, you will have to accept these conditions of sale. It is very important that you read them carefully before finalizing your order.
4. Conclusion of the contract
After entering your personal data and clicking on the “Order” button, that is, “Place order” in the last step of the ordering process, the order of the products found in the basket will be binding. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email to the customer immediately upon submitting the order. This confirmation informs the customer that their order has been received by Rani Yoga OÜ. Simultaneously Rani Yoga OÜ accepts the customer’s order and the purchase contract is generated. With the confirmation, the client also receives all the information that is relevant to him.
5. Payment condition
The Client will be able to select his form of payment when placing the order – Secure Online Card payment via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro*, American Express) or Cash on Delivery via delivery company, Croatian Post for Croatia only. The payment is considered made at the time when Rani Yoga OÜ receives the amount.
*Only Maestro cards that have 16 numbers and a CVV (Card Verification Value that consists of 3 digit numbers on the back of the card) are accepted.
6. Right of withdrawal
From the moment of receipt, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to return any of the products purchased that do not satisfy him. To do this, you must go to the our page Returns and Refunds. The shipping costs of the returned parcel are borne by the customer. Under no circumstances will returns of products that have been unsealed, opened or in which an obvious deterioration of the packaging is observed be accepted . There is no right of withdrawal in the case of products that have been customized especially for the customer.
7. Delivery conditions
The delivery is formalized with the dispatch to the delivery address indicated by the Client under the conditions indicated on the website. The delivery period results from the information on the website as well as the communication to the Client of the order confirmation. In the event that there are reasons for the delay in delivery not attributable to Rani Yoga OÜ (force majeure, third party liability, etc.), the delivery period will be extended accordingly.

8. Liability for defects
In the event of a defect in the purchased object, the legal provisions govern. The assignment of the Client’s rights is expressly excluded. In the event that no further issues arise, any claims of the Customer are excluded, regardless of legal reasons. Rani Yoga OÜ is not responsible for damages not occurred to the object delivered itself. Especially Rani Yoga OÜ is not responsible for lost profits or other patrimonial damages of the Client. Sight defects must be notified in writing immediately, or no later than 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Claims after these first 24 hours will be rejected. While Rani Yoga OÜ negligently breaches a contractual obligation, the compensation obligation is limited to specific damages. In the event that the compensation has been made in the form of a substitute delivery, the Client will be obliged to return the goods delivered first to Mediterranean Superfoods, s.l. within 30 days, with costs paid by Rani Yoga OÜ.
9. Reservation of property
The ordered merchandise is property of Rani Yoga OÜ until your full payment. Prior to the transfer of ownership, the sale, lease, pawn, pledge, transformation, and any other provision or remodelling is not allowed without the express authorisation of Rani Yoga OÜ.
