Ingredients

  • 300ml vegetable milk of your choice (or more if you like it less thick). As a vegetarian option, you can use milk or yogurt
  • 2 large ripe bananas with lot of black dots
  • 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened organic, raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • For variations in taste you can also add half a teaspoon of our organic Carob and / or Maca for extra energy boost.
