Aromatic breakfast for body cleansing

In order to achieve or maintain good health, it is only natural to strive for having the most natural and nutritional diet.

We eat every day, so it is only logical to conclude that what we eat is important and that it definitely has an impact on the condition of our body. In addition, we can enrich our diet with Organic Superfoods, because we can fully use all the vitamins and minerals obtained from them. Delicious meal as a powerful body cleanser

This simple recipe can also be used to help cleanse the body & maintain good health. We will take some space to explain how to adjust this recipe if you wish to use it for health benefits and body cleansing.

Whenever possible, always choose untreated foods of highest quality and from organic farming. Wash them well and use freshly grated, along with the rind. In our experience, the combination of carrot and apple in this recipe has proved to be the best. Depending on your own taste, you can use celery or beetroot instead of carrots, but keep in mind that beetroot is a stronger “cleanser” than carrots which are the mildest and also very nutritious.

1 teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon a day…

In case you have a certain health condition, starting with carrots is the best choice. A brief explanation: the worse that our health is, ie the sicker we are, the more our body is loaded with various waste products and toxins. Foods that cleanse the body have the purpose of getting rid of the waste products through urine, stool, sweating and breathing.

The cleansing process should be done gently and gradually 

This is because every change, even the healthy one, is a shock to our body if too sudden and overly emphasised.

At first, we recommend starting with more vegetables (2/3) and less fruit (1/3 of the total amount), because fruit itself has a cleansing role and also figs and raisins have mucus cleansing properties, so start with them in smaller quantities at the beginning of this cleansing process. After 7 to 10 days, you can change the ratio of vegetables (carrots) and fruits (apples and dried fruits), so that there will be more fruits and less vegetables.

As a rule, the ratio changes every week (or every 10 days). It means that in the second week you will make this recipe with the ratio of 50% of fruits and 50% of vegetables, and in the third week, 2/3 of fruits, and 1/3 of vegetables. If the ratio of 2/3 of vegetables is too heavy for your stomach to begin with, try to gently stir-fry the carrots and apples (but only in their own juice!). Finally add a teaspoon of cinnamon (or more if you have worked a larger amount of this dish, it won’t hurt!)… We don’t want to expose Ceylon Cinnamon to the heat in order to preserve its healthy properties.

Breakfast or dinner?

For cleansing purposes, this meal is best to be eaten as a breakfast, to support the cleansing that your body has self-initiated overnight. It can also be eaten as dinner, only in that case, make sure that the prior meal was at least 3 hours before this one. In any case, depending on your own habits and schedule, make sure that this delicious meal is eaten as freshly prepared as possible, and certainly within 24 hours of preparing it.
